What Happens Next:
Submit the Vendor Space Request Form and answer all questions on the application - incomplete applications will not be considered. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your request form - this is not a confirmation of acceptance.
If Additional Vendor Space is needed, please submit with your Vendor Space Request including DBA under a different name.
You will receive an acceptance mail and invoice no later than May 31, 2025. (Email will include any additional steps that may be needed.)
Payments should not be made until you have received an invoice with your acceptance email. You can pay that invoice online or return it via USPS with a check. Payment in full is due no later than June 30, 2025.
Upload Certificate of Insurance (COI) or contact the Fair Office to purchase your insurance no later than June 30, 2025.
