What Happens Next:

  • Submit the Vendor Space Request Form and answer all questions on the application - incomplete applications will not be considered. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your request form - this is not a confirmation of acceptance.
  • If Additional Vendor Space is needed, please submit with your Vendor Space Request including DBA under a different name.
  • You will receive an acceptance mail and invoice no later than May 31, 2025. (Email will include any additional steps that may be needed.)
  • Payments should not be made until you have received an invoice with your acceptance email. You can pay that invoice online or return it via USPS with a check. Payment in full is due no later than June 30, 2025.
  • Upload Certificate of Insurance (COI) or contact the Fair Office to purchase your insurance no later than June 30, 2025.
