The Colonial Inn

The Colonial Inn is located next to the Administration Office on the Fairgrounds. It has a catering-style kitchen and holds approximately 100 people.

The Michael Kusalaba Event Center

The Michael Kusalaba Event Center is great for larger events and expos. Located on the South end of the Fairgrounds it is available to rent year-round. The main floor is approximately 45,000 sq ft of clear span.

Western Reserve Village Church & Gazebo

The Church in the Western Reserve Village is the setting for many weddings throughout the year. The church and gazebo are available to rent in April, May, June, July, and October.
